Service Description
Your first session is only $55. I will assess your overall strength (including core strength), flexibility and range of motion with level appropriate Pilates exercises. This booking option can only be used for your first session. Clients who late cancel or consistently arrive late may not be ideal candidates for my services. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly reach out to us at least 24 hours prior. Failure to do so will result in a reschedule fee of $25. Additionally, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notifying us, your payment will be forfeited and booking canceled.
