Cancellation Policy
Standard Booking Policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy 1. Cancellation Period: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event start time. 2. Refund Amount for Early Cancellations: If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours in advance, you will receive a refund of your deposit, with a 25% cancellation fee deducted. 3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In this case, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit. 4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. 5.
